I believe the Tilby Separator can revolutionize the Sugar Cane Industry!  We have known for a number of years that the extraction of the Bio Phenols including the Tricin from the epidermal layer of the cane plant have a higher value than the sugar in the plant. Until Tilby came along the extraction of sugar and the production of higher value products from sugarcane bagasse was expensive and difficult to achieve. In addition, the bagasse was used primarily as a fuel source to support the horsepower requirements to run the mills. Hawaii's Sugar Mills used a figure of 178ihp/tfh. The Tilby System only uses 25ihp/tph while separating the 3 key fibre components of the cane plant.
